Cérémonie/Réception
Le Lieu
The Venue - the ceremony and reception will both take place in the beautiful Grand Pavilion Theatre located right on the seafront in Porthcawl and built in 1932.​
La Cérémonie
The Ceremony will start at 13:00 sharp, so we advise that you get to the venue for 12:30 to ensure that you have enough time to park and be seated before the arrival of the Bride!

La Réception en Soirée
The Evening Reception will start from 18:00 with music and entertainment. (and don't worry, we have made sure the bar is fully stocked with rum and limes!)​
​
The venue will be open until 01:00 so you have more than enough time to drink and dance the night away with us under the illuminated dome of the Pavilion.
Le Code Vestimentaire
The dresscode for the ceremony and evening reception is Black and/or White
​
We would like everybody to dress in whatever style they choose but the more elaborate the better.
​
Hats and Headpieces are not compulsory but they are absolutely encouraged!
Given the distance from Cardiff we do recommend that you book a hotel or B&B for the night as a taxi will cost at least £40. Also nothing cures a hangover better than some fresh sea air!

Fancy yourself as a Superstar DJ?

​We want each guest to suggest 3 songs they would like to hear played at our evening reception so we can compile a unique playlist of music for the people we love. Pick something that's guaranteed to get you on the dancefloor!

Simply submit your suggestions using the request form and we will try our best to include it in our day.

NB Please be sensible, and nothing too obscure, also take advice from this page, and please, please, please no ABBA, no Boney M and CERTAINLY NO MUMFORD & SONS!!!
A drinks reception will follow in the foyer and food will be served at 15:00 so we recommend you have breakfast to keep you going!
